Meeting called to order @ 7:30pm by President Bob B.

Members Present: Bob B, Dean, Brian, Jason, Tim, Rob, Nathan, Ken M, Tom, Bill G, and Jairo.

Guests: Jaime, Gerald, Darren (Sacramento Valley Bears)

Minutes: Minutes were sent out by Dean on the day of the meeting. Minutes were conditionally approved.

Treasurers Report:

Previous Balance: $346.01

Deposit: $250.00 6 Members joined ($150.00)

Profits from Beer Bust ($100.00)

Ending Balance: $596.01

Accepted by accolade.

Old Business:

• The Silver Dollar Court had asked for some help during their Coronation. Eagle James was to get back to us. Tabled.
• Motion made by Brian to pay Nathan in full for purchasing the T-Shirts. Second by Tim. Approved.

New Business:

• Reno Gay Pride on Saturday, August 16. $25.00 entry fee. 11 members agreed to participate. Motion by Nathan to pay the entry fee and participate in the Reno Gay Pride Parade. Second by Bill G. Approved.

Road Captain:

• Floor Play at the Eldorado Hotel & Casino. Sunday, July 20^th at 3:00pm Cost: $37.00 including buffet dinner to follow.
• Nevada Civic Light Opera at the Piper Opera House in Virginia City. A Tribute To Broadway. September 21^st. Cost: $25.00 Dinner at Chinese restaurant after for about $10.00. Get money/reservations to Bill G ASAP.
• Planning another breakfast buffet at the Gold Hill Hotel.

Sacramento Valley Bears:

• Sacramento Gay Pride is next weekend in South Side Park.
• Bears in the Sac, July 11^th-13^th.

Dinner Night Out:

• Fiesta Mexicana, 10555 Stead Blvd. Wednesday, July 9^th @ 6:30pm.

July Meeting:

• July 19^th @ 6:30 with potluck dinner. Home of Dean & Brian. 1774 Manchester Dr. Sparks, NV
